The Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Professional Responsibility is seeking comments on the new American Bar Association Model Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g).  The rule defines harassment and discrimination as professional misconduct, more broadly than current Illinois Rule 8.4(j).
